Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Lightning Leap Analytics (the “service”) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organisation. You must be at least 18. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Lightning Leap Analytics is a marketing workspace for planning, publishing and measuring social media, email and advertising, with an inbox for comments and messages and optional AI assistance. We may change, add or remove features over time, and will tell you in advance of a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes.

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has used your account. The owner of a workspace decides who joins it and what each member may do, and is responsible for how the workspace’s members use the service and for the content they publish through it.

When you connect an account on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, X, YouTube or another platform, you authorise us to act on your behalf on that platform — to publish and schedule what you ask us to, read the analytics, comments and messages it makes available, and send the replies you write — within the permissions you grant. You can revoke that authority at any time by disconnecting the account.

You must comply with each platform’s own terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards and the LinkedIn User Agreement and API Terms of Use. Platforms can change or withdraw their features, limits and permissions at any time; when they do, the matching parts of the service may stop working, and we are not responsible for that.

Lightning Leap Analytics is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, X, Google or any other platform. Their names are trademarks of their owners.

You must not use the service to:

• send spam, or unsolicited or bulk messages;
• send automated direct messages, or message anyone outside the rules of the platform concerned — replies to messages must be written or reviewed by a person and sent only in response to someone who contacted you, within the platform's reply window;
• email anyone who has not agreed to hear from you, or ignore an unsubscribe;
• publish anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful or harassing, or impersonate anyone;
• collect other people's data without a lawful basis, or use data obtained through a platform for purposes that platform does not allow;
• break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or security.

We may remove content or restrict features that break these rules, and we cooperate with platforms that report misuse.

You keep ownership of everything you upload, write or publish through the service. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display it only as needed to operate the service for you — for example to publish a post to the platform you chose. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

AI features suggest captions, replies and other content. Their output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and may resemble content produced for others. Review and edit every suggestion before you publish or send it; you are responsible for what you publish. Content you send to an AI feature is passed to third-party AI model providers solely to generate the output you asked for.

Some plans are paid. A paid plan is a subscription billed in advance through Stripe for each billing period, and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are shown before you subscribe and exclude taxes, which you pay where they apply. If a payment fails we may limit your workspace until it is settled. We will give you notice before a price change takes effect, and fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if a platform or the law requires it, or to protect the service or other users; where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data. What happens to your data afterwards is described in our Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a post will be published at an exact time or reach a particular audience, or that any marketing result will follow from using it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will compensate us for claims, losses and costs brought by others that arise from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your breach of a connected platform’s terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them or the service.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for a material change, tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
